The introduction about RuneScape

RuneScape is played by millions of people from a great many different countries and a wide range of cultural backgrounds. The RuneScape player community is much like the larger, real-world community: while most people within it are honest, courteous and respectful of others, there are a small number of individuals whose behaviour has the potential to alienate or offend. It is for this reason that we have an Offence System, which has been designed to help protect our players from this disruptive minority.
If, in the course of play, you come into contact with another player whose behaviour you consider offensive or aggressive, there are a number of options available to you. The first is to add the player to your Ignore List, or adjust your chat settings, so they cannot continue to bother you. Most minor incidents can be dealt with in this way, and neither you nor Jagex will need to take any further action.
Sometimes, however, you might encounter a player whose behaviour is particularly offensive. In such cases, you can use the Report Abuse feature to report the player to the Jagex Player Support team. Player Support will then investigate the incident, and if the reported player is deemed to have behaved inappropriately, or broken any of our rules, appropriate action will be taken to minimise the chances of that player causing further disruption.
Occasionally, innocent players might find themselves falsely accused of committing an offence, perhaps because they made an innocuous comment that was misinterpreted by another player. For this reason, reported incidents will be investigated thoroughly, and any evidence will be carefully evaluated, to ensure that innocent players are not given unwarranted penalties. Players who feel that they have been falsely accused of committing an offence should submit an appeal via the account management page.
The RuneScape rules are organised into three categories: Honour, Respect and Security. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with these rules before playing RuneScape.

Easter of Runescape

A year has passed since Easter Bunny Jr. took over the family business and became responsible for the annual distribution of chocolate treats to the people of RuneScape. He’s been busy all year, modernising the factory to meet increasing demand and making ambitious plans for the next Easter celebration. Alongside the usual plethora of sugary delights, the Easter Bunny plans to offer a range of alternatives, catering for the wide variety of cultures who celebrate Easter in their own way. The Bunny’s heart is certainly in the right place, but logistical concerns have come second to his grand vision and now he’s struggling to meet his orders. He needs your help to get things back on track and make this Easter the best yet. Getting Started Down the rabbit hole. The factory entrance is, once again, located just north of Rimmington. Only the bright-eyed and bushy-tailed will be able to enter, so you'll need to need some help from the factory's staff. Expansion of the factory means that there are some new faces around this year. By the rabbit hole you’ll meet Charlie the squirrel. Despite his surly manner and warlike countenance he wants everything to run smoothly, so speak to him nicely and he’ll let you into the factory to see the Easter Bunny. Just don’t ask him if that’s a skirt he’s wearing! Preparation The Bunny’s been so busy dealing with clients that he hasn’t had time to deal with the day-to-day running of the factory. Your first job will be to speak to each of the teams in turn and deal with the problems that are holding them up: The incubator has become dirty and clogged from heavy usage, and the impling manager in charge has delegated performance of the required maintenance to you. You’ll need to lend some muscle to get the machine up and running again. The implings at the egg-painting machine are running low on the coloured glazes used to decorate the Easter eggs and need your help to mix up a new batch. The old hands running the conveyor belt have been given some additional responsibility. They now have to sort chocolate as well as nuts from the assorted debris that comes their way. They’re a bit stuck in their ways and have trouble adapting to change, so you’ll need to show them how it’s done. The Easter Bird is becoming jaded after performing the same role year in, year out and needs a rousing speech to rekindle the strong team spirit and passion for confectionery that once burned within his soul.

Easy Mining Skill Methods

Method 1: An easy way to get good mining skills is to go to the mining field by the place where the Champions Guild is located. Mine some ore, then go back to where you start after the tutorial. There is a furnace there. Melt it and return to the city to the smithy. Very soon, you will be able to mine more things then enter the dwarves mines and join the miners guild.

Method 2: Save all the ores that you mine. Mine until your mining is at level 15. Mine Iron until your mining reaches level 30. Mine Coal until your mining reaches level 40. Mine Gold Ore until your mining is at level 55. Mine Mithril Ore until your mining reaches level 70. Mine Adamite Ore until your mining is level 85. Find the Rune rock and mine Runeite Ore until your mining is level 99. That is the highest level you can get to.

How to get a skillcape

Hello RuneScape people! You're probably thinking... how do I get a skillcape really quickly and easily? Well, I have a way for you to do this without any cheating or hacks. There are two skillcapes that are done this way, and they cost primarily little for a mid lvl 60s person.
Skillcape of Cooking
Yes, this is the easiest one only needing 600K. First of all, you should get your cooking to 40 by cooking trouts, then salmon, then tuna. When it gets to 40, buy 73,000 buckets (575K). Fill all these buckets up with milk (the very long part), and then store them in the bank. Then, buy 73,000 pots (73K). Pick 73,000 pieces of grain and get pots of flour and store them in your bank. Now, go get 73,000 eggs and put those in your bank as well. Now buy 50 cake tins. You mix all the ingredients together (eggs, pots of flour, and milk) into the cake tin, then use it on a range (this will give you 180xp). Every time you finish an inventory, eat the cake (or else you would have to buy 73,000 cake tins). Repeat this 73,000 times. This will probably take you one and a half months, but if you stick to it, you will have a skillcape.
Skillcape of Firemaking
The instructions here are actually very simple. Go to the grand exchange and buy 144,000 willow logs (18gp each or 2.6mill total, then burn them. THAT'S IT!
